ECS REPORTING ADVANTAGE

Better reporting. Every month.

Your reporting shouldn't stand still after the project ends.

Each month ECS finds the next reporting improvement, defines it, verifies it worked, and shows you the evidence.

Reporting requests keep coming. Providers recommend different solutions. Every Infor release adds new choices, and now AI can build a report in seconds. ECS is your reporting solution architect: we decide what's worth improving next, define it so whoever builds it knows when it's done, and prove the result. You don't pay for a backlog or a ticket queue. You pay for the next decision, and the evidence it worked.

START WITH 30 DAYS

Real deliverables in month one. Then you decide.

Together we pick your most important reporting problem and set a practical path forward. At the end of the month you have usable work in hand, and you decide whether to continue.

YOU RECEIVE

  • ✓ Your reporting goals, up to three, each with one measure and today's starting number.
  • ✓ Your first Decision Brief: the opportunities we found, in priority order, and what to approve, stop or investigate next.
  • ✓ A Solution Blueprint for your first goal: what Infor already delivers, what to build, who builds it, and the acceptance criteria that say it's done.
  • ✓ Your first Value Scorecard: what was proven and verified in month one, with the evidence.
  • ✓ A 60 to 90 day plan, with any implementation costs quoted separately so there are no surprises.

$5,000 for the first 30 days. The Diagnostic fee is credited toward your first 30 days of ECS Reporting Advantage if you start within 90 days.

HOW IMPROVEMENT HAPPENS EACH MONTH

What you're really paying for is judgment.

Tracking progress is the easy part. The hard part is knowing why a goal is stuck and what to change in Infor to move it. That's what an ECS architect brings every month, in one repeating cycle.

1

Find

We find the next improvement and its cause, not just the symptom: why a statement misses the ledger, why the close runs long, where manual Excel work hides.

2

Prioritize

We decide what's worth doing next: what Infor already delivers, which setting to change, whether to reuse, adapt or build, and in what order. You get it as a Decision Brief.

3

Verify

Each improvement gets a Solution Blueprint with acceptance criteria. Your team or provider builds it and checks it against them. Your team runs its own monthly tie-outs; we track them as goals and guide any exception.

4

Prove

Your monthly Value Scorecard shows the evidence: ties proven, differences explained, improvements verified, reports retired. Then the cycle repeats as your business changes.

Done means it ties, not that it was delivered.

Your Value Scorecard shows what moved each goal, with evidence you can open in Infor. Measured results, estimates and risk reductions sit on separate lines, never added into one savings figure.

FOCUSED CAPACITY

Focused capacity. Visible progress.

EACH MONTH COVERS

  • ✓ One improvement defined and verified
  • ✓ Up to two more being assessed or prepared
  • ✓ A working session every other week, with office hours in between, plus your monthly Value Scorecard and Decision Brief

We agree scope and capacity before work begins. Larger initiatives can span several months. When your reporting settles, you can pause and return.

CLEAR ABOUT WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

So you know exactly what you're paying for.

We don't build your reports.

Your team, contractors or partners build. ECS defines what to build and the acceptance criteria they check against.

We don't need standing access to your systems.

Your team runs its own tie-outs and checks. We don't log in between sessions or collect your exports.

Some things are quoted separately before you commit:

implementation labor, full account reconciliation, complex design projects and extra workstreams. We quote them separately or refer you to a partner.

You stay in control.

Your organization keeps business approval and production-release authority.

Questions

What if we have no new requests this month?

Your Value Scorecard and Decision Brief still arrive, and your goals keep moving. The Advantage works on goals, not requests, and quiet months are often when we find the next improvement.

What happens when a goal is met?

It retires on your next Value Scorecard and you choose the next one. Most teams have a new goal ready by then.

What if our reporting settles down?

Pause and return. There's no lower tier to drop into; when the business changes and there's a new decision to make, we pick up where we left off.

How is AI used?

AI helps us draft your scorecard and briefs quickly and consistently. An ECS architect reviews and signs off every one before you see it. And when AI builds or changes your reporting, the acceptance criteria still apply: the numbers must tie.

Do you replace our provider?

No. Your provider still does the build. We help you choose the right provider, define what to build, and set the acceptance criteria you and your provider check against.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Bring your highest-priority reporting challenge.

Whether your reports don't tie, managers can't see their budgets, month-end is manual, or a key person has left, we'll set the plan, direct the next steps and define how you'll know the result is ready.
