Together we pick your most important reporting problem and set a practical path forward. At the end of the month you have usable work in hand, and you decide whether to continue.

- ✓ A solution blueprint for your first goal: what Infor already delivers, the scope, who does what, and how you'll know it's done.

- ✓ A 60 to 90 day plan, with any implementation costs quoted separately so there are no surprises.

No setup fee and no long-term commitment. Month to month after the first 30 days, with 30 days' notice to end.
Questions
What if we have no new requests this month?
Your goal review still arrives and your goals keep moving. The Advantage tracks goals, not requests, and quiet months are often when we find the next improvement.
What happens when a goal is met?
It retires on your next scorecard and you choose the next one. Most teams have a new goal ready by then.
How is AI used?
AI helps draft reviews from the figures you send, so they're fast and consistent. An ECS architect reviews and signs off every one before you see it. And when AI builds or changes your reporting, we make sure the numbers still tie.
Do you replace our provider?
No. We help you choose the right provider, direct the work and confirm the result. Your provider still does the build.
